User Profile Backup & Recreation

CDP takes no responsibility for lost files etc due failure to back them up appropriately.

Sometimes in CDPTeller/CDPManage/CDPETeller the software hangs and doesn't work.  In these events, if another user logs on and it does work, the profile will have to be rebuilt by an administrator.

Again, we don't take any responsibility for the clients doing this and we don't do this for the clients.  

Attached is a document we can give them with the above disclaimer.  We cannot stress this enough, make sure you back everything important up and then delete the profile.  In windows 7 on up, it is not enough to just delete the c:\users\[username].  You must follows these instructions.
