Thermal Printer Not Masking

If a caller needs help with their thermal printer not masking, take these following steps

  • Transfer over the Thermal Printer Configuration tool and ensure the masking is appropriately set up (generally Zone 1; Start Line: 1, End Line: 1, Start Col.: 51, End Col.: 58)
  • If the caller is using E-Teller, go into E-Teller's settings and under the "Printer" tab, make sure the check box for "Black Voucher Printer" is unchecked, then save those settings

  • Have the caller turn off the printer, hold the "Feed" button down and turn the printer back on, then have them hit the "Feed" button one more time.

  • Ask them to perform a test print and hopefully the issue will be resolved.
