Teller: Can't Input Numbers in Cash Box/Adding Machine/Calculator
If a user states they cannot input numbers in Cash Box, Adding Machine, or the Windows Calculator, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:
1. Go to File Explorer and click on local drive
2. Select "Program Files"
3. Locate and open "Carswell Data Products"
4. Locate and open "Teller"
5. Locate and edit "CDPSignature.ini"
6. Once inside the CDPSignature file, scroll to the bottom to edit the "Top" and "Left" view settings. These should be set to "0" to clear any view settings that may be causing the issue
7. Exit and save
8. If this does not resolve the issue, escalate to Level 2 support
