Signature Pad Not Working in Manage or E-Teller

In Manage:

First make sure the Tablet setting in Manage is set to DualUse.
Also make sure that another user is not logged in or that CDP Teller is not open.

In E-Teller:

First check the settings to make sure under the Tablet tab, None is unchecked and Use Signature Pad is checked.
Also, make sure the correct interface (USB or serial is chosen)

Next, check c:\windows\sigplus.ini file

Verify that TabletModel=SignatureGemLCD4x3

and that  tabletype=6 (for USB connected pads) or tabletype=0 (for serial conected pads)

Note: For E-Teller, also check these settings in the SigPlusLocal.ini file in the %cdpet% directory
