Why can't I find my scanner in CDPManage?

It is important to ensure that you are using the correct scanner if you are attempting to scan in anything. This article describes how to check for the correct scanner.

Note: Ensure that your scanner is properly connected to your workstation.

To verify or change the scanner in your CDPManage settings, please use the following instructions:

1. In CDPManage, click on the "Document" tab at the top of the screen and then choose "Select Scanner..."


2. The "Select Source" box should pop up with all of the potential sources for your scanner. Select the scanner that you would like to use in CDPManage, and then press the "Select" button.
