If you have a signature pad attached, it may cause the software to run slowly.
To restart your signature pad, please use the following instructions:
1. Close out your CDPManage application.
2. Unplug your signature pad so that it is no longer receiving power.
3. Plug your signature pad back in.
4. Reopen your CDPManage application.
