I am receiving a "Connection reset error", what do I do?

When receiving a "Connection reset error" in CDPManage, the issue can often be resolved by restarting your workstation. This article provides the instructions to do so.

To restart your workstation, please use the following instructions:

1. Make sure you save your progress in any applications that are running on your computer.

2. Open the "Start" menu of your computer.


3. Click on the power button, then select "Restart".
