CDP eTeller not coming up

If eTeller is not coming up after a teller does a transaction here are some things to check:

Verify the reciever is open, if it is, check to make sure data is moving

After the receiver is open, run a test transaction to verify that eTeller will run and verify that data is movie through.

If it does not run, check the firewall settings (windows firewall or otherwise), whether or not another user is logged in simultaneously, add the address to the "Trusted Sites" in Internet Explorer, etc.

If all of this checks out, chances are the CFP is stuck and we will have to contact Galaxy to bounce it.

Check what CFP number needs to be bounced, request that Galaxy bounces the CFP, and have them send a test page to the computer to verify things are up and running properly.

If this works- lastly we will want to have the teller try a test transaction of their own to verify everything is working as it should be.
